164 For Sale!
Hello all! I'm afraid it is with a heavy heart that i have to sell my Grandfathers 1969 Volvo 164.
3.0 Automatic, Colum Change, 109,000 Its been in the Family since 1972 when my granddad bought it from its first owner. He loved the car and spoke about it endlessly and maintained it with no expense spared. It was kept in a heated workshop until 2011 when he passed away and I inherited it. Unfortunately following his death is history file was lost with the sale of the house, although i still have a few bits. Since i have had it , besides being serviced, it has had a gear box service and filter change and a new (second hand) exhaust manifold fitted as the original had some corrosion causing it to blow although we still have it if anyone wanted to skim it. MOT'd till December. The clock, radio, rear screen demister and spots currently don't work. I am looking for offers near £2000 Car is located just off Junc 2 of the M69. Any questions PM me on here and i will figure out how to answer, or email me at IRDetrey@gmail.com Pictures here https://drive.google.com/open?id=0By...VpSRXpDV2pjbEU |

A lovely looking, unmolested car, 'Detrey93', - I hope it finds a good home.
Just a thought - are the clock/HRW/spots on the same fuse, by any chance? Regards, John.
