Electrics: 70: - where is headlight adjustment

Hi, I have a 1998 V70 and need to raise the headlight beams. I know left to right adjusters are on the top of each headlight but cant find vertical adjustement. Would some kind person please point me in the right direction. thanks.

Jack: ~ have you got the adjuster on the dashboard? (Picture attached) This will give the adjustment up/down- beyond that then seek further advice etc.

If you've got the adjuster switch on the dash the vertical adj. is as in pic. 1.
I no adjuster switch it's as in pic. 2.
