Hey Steve, how's it going?

I know where you're coming from 'bout Gabby, it has been a lot of work, but pleasure motoring is primarily about enjoying your motor, and to be frank I am not enjoying the 144 anything like I thought I would; perhaps I wanted one for too long, and when I finally got one the anticipation exceeded the event.

I am not abandoning Volvo altogether - I still have the 740 estate, and I will now look,in a languid sort of way, for a 240 GLT or maybe a 16v 740 saloon; I'll just take my time, and see what fortune throws my way.

All the best, and thanks for taking the time to post, Nick.

What-ho old thing!

Seven characters refers to the minimum number of letters/numbers that constitute a legitimate (for this forum) post.

Hth, Nick.
