Volvo 850R breaking

As much as it pains me to do this especially the way the car looks etc, i have decided to break it, reason being suspected cracked block, water is getting into the oil ways very quickly, i noticed this the 1st time i changed the head that the oil was very milky but put it down to excess water still in system, i changed the oil again today and almost immediately the oil turned milky and very thin, the head has been fully refurbished, brand new gasket all head bolts were tightened in the right sequence 45lb ft then 130 degrees so i know that's been done properly, only thing it can be is the block, i'm not prepared to spend any more money on it especially when i didnt know if i was keeping it or not anyway, £300 just spent this week alone, had enough so all parts available.

window draught excluders - assume these'll fit a V70 as well
silicon turbo hoses - they're orange yes?

will the strut brace fit a V70 AWD ?
