I always find it’s a shame when time is of the essence and a car might have to be scrapped, but understandable. I’ve saved a good few cars, but I’m up to ten Volvos at present. Distance isn’t usually an issue, as I’ve travelled down to Torquay for a vehicle last year, however it does require planning.
If scrapping were to be the the ultimate last resort for your car, please do get in touch. I’m not directly seeking out another car, but I’d see what I could do to save yours - I’ve saved four 400 series so far, three from this forum and the most recent one being the 440 diesel. The only thing I’d need to do is to determine a price and a journey plan, in case I’d need to arrange time off work etc. I can be contacted either via here or by PM. Best wishes, Joseph

Joseph it's seeming hard to sell most people stop replying I really don't want to see it scraped it's way to good shape for that my neighbor keeps reporting it because I have to many cars and the tax is nearly out willing to be decent on price if someone's saving it because I'm silly and get attached to cars

I wasn't gonna scrap it, I was gonna keep it and use it.
I've gone ahead and got a V70 T5 now anyway so I guess I have no more space =( the 460 is a bit more interesting, mind. |
