Default head rest rattle

anyone had a problem with the head rests rattling on the front seats? i was wondering if the bushes that hold them in could possibly have worn as there is movement back and fore on them?? any suggestions how to sort them and how to get them off would be great

No problems regards rattling, if you look where the head restraint rods go into the seat there is a button in the plastic insert, push the button in and pull the restraint out.

Hi
The front ones do have buttons they are inside the the rear of the seat, if you run your finger down the seat in line of where the restraint rods go you will feel the button behind the cloth. Mine took some pushing to move but they are there.

Cheers for that. Quite surprised I found 'rattling head rest' via Search!

Mine doesn't thankfully. Unfortunately my misses hates hers and wants to change it to the child booster ones on the rear seats lol It'll ruin the look of the car! haha

Problem I think we'd have is that if the bushes are worn got to remove the leather trim to replace them

This is really easy when they're in the car.

It's really #&%@ing hard when they're not!
