Default Finishing Touches to my C30

Ive had my C30 1.6d 59 for just over a year and slowly improving the car from when i bought it.

had the wheels refurbished had some parts of the car re sprayed that was fading.

the question is, what next? I want to put in HID headlights but dont know anything about the cost/practicallity of doing it myself.

Also want to change the interior lights/boot lights to
LEDs but im not 100% sure on which bulbs are needed. I think its 501 for footwells and for the forward overhead bulbs, but not sure which ones for the for the ones in the boot.

Finially ive been considering a re-map, again im not an expert so would like to know what you guys think!

If theres anything else you guys can think of as well to help put the finishing touches on the car!

Cheers

Hi mate,

HID's do look nice but you need to make sure you don't trip the canbus monitoring.

as for internal, the footwell, door roof lights and map lights should all be 501 bulbs, you should need 8 in total but get some spare,

the boot takes 37mm festoon bulbs, these shouldn't be on the canbus system so you should be ok to change them to LED's, for the boot if you really want it to shine like mine does below, you need to put a strip of LED's in and wire them to the light, I got the brightest bulb I could find and it was still dull due to where it is located.
