Default Front sidelight bulb holders

Can you buy replacement bulb holders for the front sidelight units?

Mine are well past it. Plastic gone all brittle, contacts corroded. Been gaffer taped together for a couple of years, but now the're beyond that holding.

Looks like it, but at a ridiculous price.

You might do better to source a good second-hand replacement or go non-oem. I got some cheap pattern complete front indicator lamp units from eBay for less than those OEM bulb holders which have stood up well and look just fine.

Get some used/2nd hand one is your best bet .. whatever u will have to fit them in to the wiring. I have never known replacement lenses come with the lamp sockets. Why don't u give FRF, Swansea a call for a quote/availability from Volvo.

I might have a couple available; I've got to chase up a friend who wants a set of indicator/sidelight units and the lampholders from one or other set of lamps SHOULD be surplus to requirements.

I'll chase him up over the weekend and get back to you next week (Monday or Tuesday) if you haven't sourced them elsewhere.

I think they did. Serviceable, but not the same quality as the original. It was ten years ago. Your best bet would be to ask the seller before buying. I got mine on eBay.

Sorry, not been on here for a week or so.

Would be interested if you have some reasonable 2nd hand ones, so just let me know.
