Heated seats

Hi,
Had my my16 xc60 for 6 months nearly don't use it every day,this week I have noticed that drivers seat heater automatically comes on full heat when car is started in frosty weather, passenger one stays off unless turned on is this correct

Mine is the same, but there are configurations available via the MY CAR settings.

My drivers seat comes on at whatever setting it was when you switched the car off (normally 1 bar in this weather)

That is true, and you can set the preset start temprature.
