Lightbulb is it me being blonde or what

It's gotta be me being blonde or what but what is a snow cap and where does it go and what does it do ? The pictures posted, to me, don't look any different from a normal Volvo other than the white indicators

A snow cap fits over the air intake below the windscreen. It prevents snow, leaves, etc. from blocking the intake and apparently improves air flow into the car's interior. It looks pretty good as well

I did a mini group buy from thailand. Clear lenses and snow caps. These were $30.

Just ordered mine too (clear lights and snowcap). i cant believe what a difference they make to the car Ravens looks fantastic too.

Quick question, did people just paint the indicator bulbs orange or did they go and buy some orange bulbs?
and how long did this stuff take to arrive?

Ta

I used 'Vitrail' glass paint (From an art emporium) to colour the bulbs on my old Rover 200, which was very effective
