Sensus Navigation - Any way of easily entering a post code?
So the first time I tried navigating to a post code with Sensus was a bit of a failure. I tried entering the post code into the free text search (hit "Set Dest" and entered the post code into the search box). I was a bit confused that it couldn't find my own post code and only seemed to give me the first part of the post code region.
I then noticed that I can enter "Address" mode and enter the post code there, which is a lot more clicks. Is there any way I can get the free text box to recognize post codes as it seems to imply it does in the manual?

I always just use voice control for postcodes - works flawlessly for this.

Hmm. "Result not found, please state city, street, address".

I just say "Navigate to AB12 3CD" (spoken one character at a time but without any pauses between them, works a treat for me).

From memory, I usually use Google, I tap address and enter the postcode.

Jeez. So this is as painful to navigate as the old PCM system in my Porsche.
And they keyboard... Having separate layouts for letters and numbers. Gah.

Voice control works ok for me too, or I use voc app to send a destination which is very easy and quick. You can put a postcode in via voc. App

I put post codes straight into the address field (maybe where it says "City"). The most obvious place anyway.
Otherwise VOC and send to car. |

I type the destination into the Diary app on the Mac or iPhone .
Then in VOC I can look at the next destination and then do a send to the car. The destination is entered into the navigation app in the car. For trips in alien climes I set up a mythical trip in the computer so I can send the destinations to the car before leaving home then when I am on the trip I retreive the destinations from the Library in the car. This avoids typing the address into the Sensus system.
