remember a while back when i was bitching about a wierd blowing noise when reversing uphill????

well, ive finaly found my problem, :o)

got my freind to look around the car whilst i reversed with the handbrake on.. he laughed then suggested i have look whilst he did the same.

watching my engine rotate about 10degrees of its rear mount was most entertaining.

Any one ever replaced one, can i just jack up the engine, or does it reqire lifting out?

hey ho, fun and games

Hi Alfonzobonzo,

Take a look at the 480 Europe site and you will see at the meeting in Devizes (In meeting section marked Southern Meeting) one of the guys had the same problem. However because he did not know about it the problem had got worse taking out the subframe and power steering pipe. It had become a very expensive job. Moral of the story get it fixed as soon as you can.

Regards

Chris
