Default Mindbogglingly good service

A few days ago, I got a phone call from Kingsley Motors in Reading, confirming that I owned an 850 and was I aware of the recall concerning heated seats. My wife took the call, and she wasn't, but she called me straight away, and we have organised them to pick up my T5 in a couple of weeks, investigate and remedy where necessary and deliver it back, at no charge, as long as any faults are in line with the specs for the recall. I couldn't believe this level of service. Fantastic!

So...any others have any experience of Kingsley motors. I am a little distrustful of main dealers, and expect them to come up with a number of things that might need doing in addition. Well, at £76 p/h labour, i think I might find an alternative solution to any problems that may become apparent.

The spooky thing is, my driver side heating stopped working about 10 days ago..... are they psychic?

AFAIK they just replace a small loom and a few bits under the seat.
Just out of interest, how did they get your name?
When the recall first came out my local dealer was unaware and didn't seem to have any plans to recall cars from their database.
