Will this be the same part. Got a v70T5 53 plate will this go on mine? Thing is mine doesnt have the front fog lights?

It should be fine. Just that the fog light switch would be useless to you.

Yes it will fit your car without any problem, the foglight switch is no problem and you can remove the foglight top part of the switch which can be covered with a blanking cover from Volvo if you wish. All the wiring for the foglights should be in your car, but the relay, front part of the wiring harness & lights themselves will be missing if not fitted as original equipment.
