Default Front Badge

Hi All
Does anyone have any suggestions for fitting the front badge to an 1800S?
Currently there are 3 x ¼ inch holes in the car body and the pins on the badge are around x 1/8 inch. I guess there is some sort of clip missing but Brookhouse can’t supply anything suitable, two of the three holes are blind - suggestions welcome...
Regards, Kevin

I know my Volvo isn't a P1800 (its a 145) but after respray my paint-expert said to use double-sided number-plate tape to fix badges rather than use those pins. Thats because they could vibrate and chatter in holes that are a bit too big, thus removing paint and allowing rust to begin underneath.

There are plastic plugs for badge fitting. The plug press fits into the holes and the plugs have a small hole through them for the legs of the badge. The legs should fit tight. Examples here. Look at 803 types. Use a bit of silicone for better security if they are a bit loose. Many suppliers of these. 1/4" sounds a bit big but if you've had the bonnet painted the painter might have skimmed with filler and made the holes rather big.
