Cool V70 D3 2010 R-Design

I have been blowing Intercooler/turb pipes on my V70 D3 2010 R-Design, think I've gone through 3 different ones, and one of them twice (got a tear in it now, so I'm going to have to replace again).

Could have a power issue? OK, admittedly I haven't been able to afford to buy 'Volvo own' pipes, and have bought copies off Ebay, and one was a second hand one from Motorhog. They always seem to be a struggle for mechanics to put on because they always seem to be a little short. And they are are maybe splitting/blowing because they are not made as well.

Has anyone come across any place that sells better quality and LONGER hoses/pipes? I also had issues with them blowing off (Because they were shorter), so I've had some wider clamps fitted too.

The one that's gone again is the Intercooler Turbo Hose Pipe 30741795...

I've had this issue also. The ebay copies are **** so fit volvo ones even if they are used.
You also have a problem that's causing the originals to bust in the first place.
Check the map sensor on the intercooler, mine was reading under the actual value causing the turbo to boost harder than it should and busting the pipes
