I have a 2003 s40, the ac compressor is seized and snapped the serpentine belt, is there a way i can bypass the ac compressor

If the compressor itself is the only thing that has seized why don't you simply unplug the 12v feed and let the pulley run loose (i.e. the clutch will never engage). If that does not work, it would suggest that your clutch bearing has seized too.
