Hi guys, been on here a few months now, mainly because of my mate username selby, as i look after his turbo 940.
Iv been wanting a volvo for a while but couldnt find the right one, although i do love jims 940!! I decided i wanted one that wouldnt lose much money, if any at all, i really wanted a Gul but they were few dnd far between so sort of gave up. But thought id have another look on sunday and found this beauty!! Saw it sunday afternoon, drove 2hrs to see it sunday evening with jim to view it, monday i phoned to say id have it, the at half8 yesterday i drove to collect it!! We got home at half1 in the morning but it was totally worth it, interior is mint, engine is sweet and underneath is incredible for 22yrs old! Fully restored, low milage engine fitted, the job lot! I have a habbit of modding and going crazy with my cars but im going to leave this one well alone as its just too good! All im going to do to it is underseal it to keep it minty mint! Heres a few pics from the seller, Dana, what a top bloke! Last edited by Craigyt; Sep 28th, 2016 at 19:48. |

Very nice.
Agreed, leave as is, not many left now especially in original spec. Manual or auto? |

Ayup,
I take it your steve of stevestuff off ebay?!! Dana spoke very highly of you when i bought the car. I just wanted to double check though, what new bits did you fit to the engine before Dana collected it? Im wanting to know whether to fit new timing belt etc? Any help would be very much appreciated. Cheers Craig |
