v70 2004 petrol ,, advice re inlet manifold removal
i hope somebody can help me here ,,i need to remove my inlet manifold so that iu can replace the positive crankcase ventilation system,,,,,and im stuck on a few points,,,,,,,,do i need to remove the fuel rail or can i leave it attached and just disconnect the fuel line ? also there is a pipe that runs into a sensor bolted the the left hand side of the inlet manifold near the thermostat housing do i unbolt this and leave it attached to the pcv pipe ,,,its seems slightly different to the new one supplied by volvo,,,?
i can reach and undo the lower left hand manifold bolt and the one under the manifold no problem but i wondered if there were any other areas i might run into trouble,,,,,,ive read a few step by step right-ups on this subject but i cant find one specifically for my vehicle and these points are not covered in the tutorials ive found,,,,,,any help or advice would be greatly appreciated many thanks in anticipation of some help on this subject |
