Hi people, great forum lots of info o be read through... ive got a very nice and practical v40 that my mrs uses to go back and forth to the horses and ive been for a drive round in it today (she says a pretty light has been on the dash for a few weeks lol so plugged my reader in to it and found the following code
P0010 Intake A Camshaft Position actuator Circuit/open (Bank 1)
and the car wouldnt pull you out of a wet paper bag.

Also airbag light on,
017D Belt reminder incorrect signal intermittent

Airbag lights are normally caused by a fault connection underneath the seat. That's where I would look first. No idea about anything else.

Remove the contact for the actuator,-then reinsert it.
If no success, measure the actuator with an ohm-meter. Should read a few ohms. If infinity, there's your problem.
