Do not use tyretraders.com
I ordered 4 federal 595 on friday over the phone, the guy pretended to call their wear house and confirmed they where there and i could have them Monday if i ordered them now, Monday 17:15pm and nothing? I Call them Last night and a guy says yes i have placed an order for them to be collected for the manufacture in the UK? and they will be with you by Wednesday! I called them this morning for a tracking number and the guy tells me he can't give me an order number? I get flustered and hang the phone up. I call back asking why i can't have an order number? he tells me it's the fault of DHL as they are collecting and delivering direct to me so he can't get a number also he will not tell me where they are coming from? I point out there are no manufactures in the UK he got more and more ****ed of with me started to raise his voice then told me he is only 95% certain they will be collected and delivered by Wednesday! So it looks like i will not get them and if I do i will not have any time to get them fitted or put them through enough heat cycles so they do not disintegrate at the Castle Combe T5D5 track day if they arrive at all? So I would recommend no one uses them as they just get your money and mess you about, I now wish i had gone with Demon tweaks even though they where £75 more it would have been worth it for the hassle alone. Just a warning to all if you plane to use them? Greg

Sounds like standard BS just to take your money even though they aren't supplying them and can't guarantee the delivery timeline.
Just get a refund ? if they won't arrive in time anyways don't give them the pleasure of having your business. |

If you paid by credit card over the phone you could get the card issuer to recall the transaction. Your supplier has not met their commitment to deliver as agreed.
