Car Hire for newish drivers?

Does anyone know off the top of their head if there are any car hire firms who will rent to a driver of over 25 years who has only held a licence for 10 months (and driven on their own insurance with no claims in that time), I've had a quick look on the net and most seem to hire only to those that have held a licence for over 24 months, cheers
