Default S80 Door closure rubber seal alignment

Hi - I am wondering if the rubber flappy bit of door seal (see photo) on the front doors of my S80 is supposed to lie flat along the body or fold over (as shown in the photo)

Thanks folks

On my MY2001 S80 it lies flush with the door - there is a small flap on the top slope of it which slots in behind the exterior plastic trim. You need to make sure this is pushed fully into the slot behind the plastic trim or it may continue to slip out, particularly if it has been bent by having the door slammed shut against it.
