no it hasnt , you will have to take the feed pipe off the main pump and insert a pressure gauge with a T piece .. about 1 bar ...

Hi Dave ,
8mm internal diameter pipe is used to feed the main fuel pump on the engine .

But you could just take the pipe off the pump turn on the ignition and see if a reasonable flow of fuel comes out the end .. thats all the main pump needs .

Thanks Dave

it doesnt come out very fast as normal , it is not like a petrol feed pump which would have up to 5 bar behind it . , but if you can measure 1 bar at the front it should be ok .

Hi I have lost 18 bhp @ the engine in 5000miles,(the car has only done 59,000miles now)tested with the same dyno and operator,
I was told to check fuel pump pressure as I have ben told that it is demanded at hi power/load
Thanks Dave

ahh i remember , you would notice a 10% power loss when driving but i bet you have not noticed any power deficiency , If the rail pressure ( the pressure which matters) is low you would get a fault code stored .
