  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default s80 3.2l 2007 conversion

Hey
Hello Forum members .
I have a volvo S80 2007 with a 3.2 liter engine .
Are there people with such or similar vehicle conversion ?
So I wanted to hearif it is recommended ?
And what kind of company lpg is the optiimal to my car.
i drive 20K KM, most is on city drive.

The 3.2 is the Ford chain drive engine. I have converted them and no issue with them. They do not have a petrol return line so you need to have one fitted on a solenoid as part of the conversion. The first one of these I did I'd had some issues with the return but managed to get it sorted. Again as it is a Ford engine I would suggest fitting flashlube

1.And what system do you think is the best conversion for my car ? brc,prins, or atoher

2.When asked about the installation here in Israel , I was toldto me not to have certainty flashlube system, did u see a motor the herth becuse the flashlube that somone did not installed on this kind of volvo/ford 3.2 liter engine?

System wise,

I like Europegas, KME is also another very good system but systems like Stag and lpgtech would also work.

The electronics need to be combined with good hardware so reducers I like KME, Gurtner and Tomasetto. For injectors Hana are very good but for cheap injectors OMVL give good value

Keep away from AEB electronics on 6 cylinder engines.

Prins have good hardware but outdated electronics.

BRC are not bad but tend to be over priced in the UK dont know what they are like where you are.

Both Prins and BRC will be limited on where they can be serviced and repaired so worth considering before you decide on a system
