Lightbulb Halogen H7 Bulb Replacement - Which Way up?

A bit of brain fog to go with the foggy weather outside..
I'm replacing the current bulbs with the new Osram NighBreaker lasers.

Can someone gently remind me what way the bulb goes in?

Is it the 'tab'to the top or bottom?

I parked against a wall and the right beam is higher than the left... cant figure what way is correct.

I hate driving at night - the glare off all other oncoming lights literally dazzles me... especially the fruitcakes who dont know when to dip their full beam!

TIA.. Craig.

doesn't the "tab" locate in a corresponding notch in the bulb holder ?

I think it does.. but also seems to fit the other way.

They aren't. If it's a "projector lens" type headlight, the tab will be at the bottom, as on my BMW Z4!
