maybe not so good for any friends in the north!! I spotted that it has a later front panel fitted...I still need an early one, but so much alteration for the bumper brackets!!

Yes - I saw that too. Unfortunately it fits into that category of rebuild or race. As it needs everything mechanical plus some visible bodywork regret to say it but bet it goes to the latter. Its savior may be the location but I know of one possibly ex-racer in Cornwall - lets hope he has grown up by now.
As you say, possibly a donor but nowadays most surviving 140s are better-looking than this AND have engines! P |
