Default (S80 2.0T) Hard brake pedal in the morning

Hi guys, recently I encountered a weird issue with my Volvo S80, in the morning when I first start the car and reverse out, the brakes are pretty hard, like the vacuum assist isn't working at all, and after I move further it start working again.

I did some Googling around and saw some people mentioning it could be a failed vacuum pump or a failed vacuum switch but they were mostly about other cars(s60, xc etc) and I read one guy mentioned the S80 doesn't have the vacuum pump underneath the airbox? Couldn't find much info on the S80 relating to this issue or the vacuum pump. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

Edit:

I also tried to search for the so called vacuum switch and pump based off this site and I do not see it at all.

Traced the vacuum hose/pipelines from the servo and it goes straight into the manifold. Doesn't seem to have a vacuum pump for this at all?
