Have you checked the appropriate fuse and relay?

Fuses are good ,relay clicks on the turn of the key. The other job we did was reseating one injector , car is now showing small leak and low rail pressure so not starting at all.Only did these jobs because of slow starting. We're confused as to why the plugs have no feed and I'm trying to source an injector.

The plugs will only have a feed when the ambient temperature is quite low. I would say that your slow starting problem has nothing to do with the glow plugs, and is more likely to be related to either a fuelling, battery or starter motor issue. A leaking injector can cause slow starting or even prevent starting, and seeing as how you've recently done some injector work that's where I'd be looking. Why did you reseat a specific injector in the first place? Have you had a diagnostics check to see if there are any stored fault codes?

It was surrounded by a coal like substance so figured it was leaking.

You need to properly seal the injector to ensure there isn't a loss in compression. Also any leaks around the rail or delivery pipes can and will prevent the engine from starting. Did you reuse the fuel delivery pipe from the rail to the injector or did you replace it with a new one? They are technically a single use item, though they can be reused a couple of times providing you don't overtighten them. The injector clamp should also ideally be replaced, though you can bend these slightly to restore the pressure necessary to keep the injector tight against its copper seal.

I would also recommend that you stop using easystart as it can cause the conrods to bend. Bent conrods = a permanent reduction in compression. The only remedy is conrod replacement.
