Volvo on call - app shows rear window open

I have a minor annoyance with the "doors and windows" section of the Volvo on call app on my V60 D5 twin engine.

It constantly reports the rear drivers side window as being open, when it is very clearly closed. I've put the window up and down a few times but it hasn't made any difference.

I am not losing any sleep over this, but it would be nice to figure out what's going on.

Any ideas?

Have you run the diagnostics on the app? May throw something up...or poor signal?

I have a similar problem on my XC60 nav lux. I've tried all possible resets to no avail. I know one day it's going to be a real open window and I'll return to a wet front seat.

I have had this issue and it was fixed by resetting the window.

"Wind" the window down and then back up again - but hold the switch in the up position for about 5 seconds after it stops moving up. This seems to tell the window that it is the right place when shut.
