  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

What wrong with that? As log as he used stainless steel screws so they don't rust and some silicon so it doesn't leak it'll be fine

I've seen em held together with Jubilee Clips before now. Give that man a slap on the back for making the most cheapest roof rack ever.

Having seen a wardrobe make a sucessful bid for freedom from roof bars at 60 mph, I wouldn't want to be following Mr Heath Robinson when his No More Nails becomes No More Roof Rack

I don't understand why anyone would go to all that trouble to make a contraption like that.

Just slap the load on the roof, open both doors and sling a couple of ratchet straps over the load and through the car, tighten straps, bang doors shut and job done. Simples

It's no worse than a Euro-pallet, certainly not up to the build quality of the GKN CHEP pallet.
