Took a week but I think I brought the paint back. Wet sanded, 1000grit, Ultra Compound, polisher, Carnuba wax. Not bad for a 20 footer.
Original

Looks nice - should have gone for the late at night on the petrol station forecourt shot however - always looks better in that light!

We have a fake beach here called big surf. it is a big wave making area. Otherwise surfing is pretty limited here. But it looks good on it. It was only 103°F here today.

Under those circumstances, I might have focused on air conditioning.

Are the tail light plinths stock?

Lovely car and lovely weather by the looks of it. Not sure I could deal with those temperatures though!

The tail light surrounds are stock. I needed a different set since one of mine was cracked. The paint did not match so I shined them up and clear coated them.

I have thought of AC but the way that big single hood spring sets in the front of the radiator there does not seem to be room for the condenser, I am open for suggestions.

I do that now. Even when it was 113 I just roll the windows down and cracked those vents.
