C30 or S40 2011 access

A supplementary to my query about 2011 S40 seats.
I find the seats on my C30 rather low. I know I will need a test drive but would appreciate comments from drivers who have had the cars for a while.
A google search has not given me any dimensions for this.
Are the S40 seats higher/lower or the same as C30 ?

I think the seats in the S40/C30/C70/V50 are all the same, the only difference could be the ride height, which again I think is very close, not much in it.

Why are you asking?

I find the seats in s40 classic, (up to 2004) for example, low, in so far as I struggle to see when reversing due to the highish boot lid. I also find the seats in new V40 low (which is kind of the c30 replacement), although I have no real issues getting in and out.

If you are asking due to disability and getting in and out, my elderly father finds the seats in s40 classic (up to 2004) fine for getting in and out of, but struggles in new V40

I have a V50 and have previously owned an S40 (2004-2012 model) and have driven several C30's and I would also say that the seats are about the same in all three models, you can adjust the seat height if necessary.

Thanks for the prompt and helpful replies. I would really like another Volvo but have found the access height of the C30 to be my limit. Which is why I asked - sorry if I did not make it clear. Now for the test drive which will not be a waste of time.
