Question XC 70 2015 aux/timing belt failure

A quick search will illustrate that this forum is littered with many examples of the aux belt taking out the cam belt. An Achilles heel for this type of engine if you do not replace the aux belt and tensioner at the high frequency that is demanded.
This happened to me yesterday, it would seem that there is a serious design flaw, what chance will I have of getting Volvo accept responsibility of this flaw, where it’s quite clear that this flaw is a frequent occurrence?

Its a service issue , people are not servicing them properly , Volvo fixed this occasional problem 10 years ago .
the aux belt needs changing every 54000 miles and its tensioner every 108000 miles . when was your aux belt last changed with a genuine volvo belt?
