Update on mine, went under today with a small screwdriver and scrapped muck out of the front reluctor teeth only to find the off side reluctor ring split. Both front reluctor rings are heavily rusted and possibly lifting. Going in for new reluctor rings and possibly probes. Fingers crossed it won’t also be the dreaded £1,800 DEM. Find it strange that it still drives and brakes ok ? .....up to now .

Yours sounds more like dim or abs fault than rings.

Betcha new reluctor rings cures it,the symptoms sound exactly like what I have had twice with mine, brakes worked perfectly, abs would fire occasionally on tight roundabouts or in heavy rain.
