Yes - without making even a spares-only car immovable, very rare. You are not the first to ask - an owner over here asked me for one last year, but I had already sold it.
To fit in an Amazon - surely this would affect the steering geometry?

The angle is different for the steering shaft but with some UJ's it should be possible to make it work.

I might be able to get hold of one for you

Whow Dai, would be good :-)

The Rover guys bought everyone I think...
I still have lhd power steering boxes of a 164 in stock, and my Amazon is rhd, bad luck with steering box, but the steering wheel is on the "right" side, yeah!
The German TÜV doesn't like my rack and pinion conversion, it's not perfect too. maybe the 164 will be a good thing. I already did the swap to a P1800, the owner is now able to use the car again. Steering geometry is not the problem, you have to weld on the frame, the German TÜV doens't like this too. He likes me and my work, winwin.

My Amazon will be on the road this summer, hopefully.

kindly regards, Kay

Hi Daniel, a repair kit is fine, how should it work without a (power) steering box ;-)

Al will help me out of this stress, thank you Al!

Could you perhaps send me a link? I have a moaning steering pump that needs tending to.

Thanks,
