Default DEM bits wanted for testing

My 04 AWD R is still showing DTC DEM005. which is a solenoid problem in the DEM controller. However the DEM controller was supposedly checked over by BBA reman who said the unit was OK, but I have had difficulty confirming 100% they were able to check to pressure switch and the solenoid.
Does anyone have a spare solenoid+pressure switch I could borrow for testing.
A full DEM controller is no use - coded to car but components are NOT.
The pump unit is fine. I've had 12V across the terminals and it rotates both ways freely. I had the chance of bits from an 04 XC70 - but waited for better weather - yard crushed it yesterday ....

Cheers

Default Still chasing this problem

...Bump... Anyone got a duff pressure sensor or solenoid valve??? substituting a duff one should/might give me additional DTC codes. I may even be able to prove the existing units are sound.
I have understood a bit more about the solenoid - mine does actually jump into life literally, when 9V is shorted across the terminals intermitantly - trying to mimic a variable pulse width signal???

Still only the one DTC DEM-0005 and no anti skid or other "service required" messages in the DIM. Car now has full 12month MOT too.

Cheers
