Volvo 850 T5 Saloon
Hello all, been a while since i posted on here. I didn't think this site did sales anymore. I have posted the info below on another site so thought i would put it here too.
Due to being offered a V70r at a good price from a friend i need to sell my 850 T5 Saloon. Details as follows 1994 M reg Red 850 T5 Saloon Manual RICA 304 200,000 Miles, FSH (Dad lost the service book so don't have first 100,000 but this was done by Volvo so you may be able to get a print off) I have all documented bills since then. MOT 22/11/08 I Think it is taxed till March next year, but will double check Price - £500 Been in the Family since 85,000 miles. Was owned by my Dad and then me. For the last 2 years this has been looked after by RT Mechanics, i have the RICA 304 ECU, but only after Russ went through the entire car. Everything that needed to be done was. I have spent nearly £3000 on her in the last two years. Work included, new front wishbones, shocks & top mounts. Also had the breather system done to name just a couple of things off the list! (All Volvo Parts) The car has 2 nearly new goodyear tyres on the front. Only run on Shell Optimax since having the RICA chip Car drives well and is nice and tight on the road thanks to all the suspension work. I think it is in good condition for it's age and Mileage. My friend had a go at the weekend and could not stop laughing. He has a Skyline, but was still impressed by the boost There are 3 issues with the car that i am aware off. 1 - Short MOT (although i can't see to many problems as most of it is new!) 2 - If driven hard gear selection becomes stiff. It does not crunch and there is now clutch slip. It has been like this for the last 6 months and i was going to get RT to check it out when it went for its MOT. 3 - I need to get the private plate off it. I will get some pictures up tomorrow. It is a great car and words can't describe how gutted i am to be selling it, i was hoping my Dad would take it back, but he has decided to keep his Auto T5. Same old saying, but i really would rather it went to someone who would love it. If anyone is interested then drop me a line as i am not at home this week and where i am staying has no mobile signal, but i do have internet access.

This is sorely tempting, however as I have three cars outside my council gaff Gabby the 144 has to go before I even THINK about another Volvo; mind you, the eBay listing ends tomorrow night, fingers Xd, who knows!?!

Just realised in the mail add it says "It does not crunch and there is now clutch slip". It was meant to say "NO" clutch slip. Also car now added to pistonheads and Autotrader.
