Default Bluetooth Grom IPD

Hi all
Just picked up my 2006 v70 d5 last night and love it! But I want to stream Bluetooth so thinking of installing the GROM IPD. Has anyone done this and if so, what's your thoughts?

Thanks

Are you using it as hands free, streaming music, or both?

I have both the HU850 AND a birthday coming up in six weeks so there is potential that She Who Must Be Obeyed is looking for hints.

How to they fit, and how does it operate afterwards? (Does it auto-interrupt music for a phone call for example?)

I have had a volvotech unit on my hu650 for the last couple of years. Handsfree, streaming, takes a usb and an Sd card. Works grand but it has to plug into the cd changer socket and the hu650 must be set to cd changer for it to work.
I would still be using it but I'm fitting a Kenwood instead of the hu. The track skip and rewind on the steering wheel doesn't work but skip forward will answer and hang up calls.

The GROM works in much the same way.

I've found the phone Mic to be poor, so really just use it for streaming music from my phone.

Excellent sound quality when streaming and once you've got a playlist or album started before setting off, you can skip tracks as you would with CD.
