I think you're probably using the Direct Link which is the second one down of the 4 choices. The IMG one is at the bottom and if you use that one you'll get a full size pic into the post rather than a clickable thumbnail.

Love the ruddspeed rocker cover. Did you say you made it? Are you looking at selling them?

Posting pics
Right the numpties third go at posting pics!
Overhaul shot showing linkage, fuel lines and all round clearance Overhead shot showing line of throttle shaft from the mount on the fwd carb inlet manifold to the existing bulkhead mount. Both use the standard plastic/rubber Volvo 'bearing' Distance between steering knuckle and bottom of AFT carb body Spacing between clutch m/c and aft carb body Overhead shot of clearance between clutch m/c and Aft carb I've taken these shots including shots of linkage etc as there is a dearth of info showing side draft carbs on RHD carbs, even less for the Solex ADDHE If anyone wants specific shots let me know and I will take some more pics Hope this helps Russ |

The lettering was laser cut drilled, tapped and fixed from beneath with the screw fixings staked. The flutes were milled down to the cover and to the shape of the lazer cut text. Clearly I had too much time on my hands. There must be a least 10 hours in it and with the cost of the cover unrealistic. I prefer the Ellermann Jacobsen covers and still on the look out for a nice one. On the matter of covers I will update that post where I was tasked to look at the options. |

The original Ruddspeed covers didn't look like that...I've attached an image of my old one...if anything they should come from Steve Grey who now owns the Ruddspeed name.

If you have misabs as gaskets, you must use thackrey washers, or better still the rubber cupped washers, on the carb flanges. Also consider a carb support bar.
Salut! Pookie
