I treated my wheels with Ceramishield and coated my windows with G-technig G1, after polishing them with G4. Removed the residue with G2 and buffed them up with a microfibre cloth.

The beading on the glass is extraordinary, as the beads are almost spherical!

The wheels sheet water off, like they have been wiped with cooking oil, only less messy.

Thanks to Ninja59 for the Ceramishield tip.

Gary

That seems an incredibly good price. Did they have to remove the fuel tank to replace them?

No, the pipe going over the fuel tank was covered in rubber tube. The original was cut down and the new one strapped next to it to stop it rubbing with the rubber hose to stop and rubbing to. The fuel filter side was ok to get to they said. Looks nice and neat.

Fitted the fuel sender Jabe sent me so i have a working fuel gauge now

Rubbed Gliptone over me leather seats AND installed a brand new temp sender into the thermostat housing sent from FRF, now i have a fully working temperature gauge to

A point to remember and one 960 bangs on about none stop is to use brand new OEM parts such as sensors. The one i took out was bough of a forum member used at a reasonable cost as working. After installing i still had odd temp readings but cos i had fitted a new oem thermostat i wasn't to worried but the reading never hit 90c again. Im not calling the forum member at all, but if i had forked out another £20 i would have had to fit one this afternoon and cover my dive with coolant In all by trying to cut corners its cost me more anti-freeze to top the water back up and £15 in wasted parts and postage...

Did you use smoked tint vinyl film, and if yes, what % of tint?

I used a smoked tint spray, started with a light layer, checked it, then sprayed on another light coat, checked again etc so that the markers were still lighting up orange (as they are OEM markers).
