Default 2.5 Turbo cam solenoid fault

Hi all. I've just signed up and have a problem with a 2.5 Turbo fitted in a Focus RS. Hopefully this is the correct area of the site to post it in. Basically the car is low on boost by 0.2 bar. I've checked for any leaks etc and not found anything. I've plugged it in to diagnostics and there is only one error in the pcm being P0027. Description reads Exhaust valve control solenoid circuit range/performance (Bank 1). Additional information: There is no change in the signal.

I've removed the solenoid, cleaned tested and refitted. Cleared the codes but as soon as I start the engine again the code reappears. The engine seems to run fine apart from the low boost pressure. The EML isn't illuminated.

Any ideas? Thanks for any advice!
