Installed this ultra cheap stuff 2 years ago, I think I couldn't do without it today. I even prefer this to a rear view camera which I have on another car.

I have fitted rear sensors on both my 2005 XC70 and my mates v70 think it was a 2002/2003.

you have to remove the bumper to fit the sensors on the XC70 , and as I was fitting towbar at the same time just connected the feed for the sensors to the reversing light circuit provided by the towbar harness.

can't remember if we had to remove bumper on V70 but I do know it had the earlier towbar harness that is already in the car and we found the revering lights on there ( one of the small blue wires ) and used that to power the sensors.
