240 Advice
I regret that due to my commercial interests I can no longer contribute to this section as I feel I may fall foul of the new requirements. If anyone needs my help they know how to contact me and my advice is still free
Mike

RE: 240 Advice
That a shame Mike.
I have found your advice and comments very helpful as I am sure many others have. Cheers Ian |

RE: 240 Advice
You would be a sad loss Mike - If it wasn't for guys like you who freely offer their advice and time (99.999% of the time for no commercial gain) then guys like me who really need some help would not be able to keep the volvo 200 flag flying !! Keep up the great work that is much appreciated by us all, and let's not forget that the hard earned wisdom that you and others supply, helps make the 200 forum one of the liveliest, best resourses available to any would-be-owner today. RE: 240 Advice
Ditto all the above.
Mike, your advice has been priceless and you've given it freely - have these guys gone absolutely bonkers? I've never really noticed any commercial stuff? What a load of stuff and nonsense! Sounds like the death knell to a informative, lively forum. I shall certainly miss your postings Mike. Many, many thanks. Best wishes, Paul |

RE: 240 Advice
Mike, I've said it already in the general thread, now sadly locked, but I heartily echo the other posters.
Best wishes, Cliff |

RE: 240 Advice
PS
Before the thought police lock this thread too, if the point of this argument is that more has gone on than the moderators are telling us about, then why not simply ban the culprits? What on earth is the value in excluding people who are assets to the forum? |

RE: 240 Advice
I am glad to see that at last sense has prevailed - I am back for now simply because so many people have made it clear how much they appreciate my help and I feel I can't let my anger temper my decision.
I appreciate Bob's apology and accept it. I hope we can put the past behind us and move forward. Mike
