Default V50 2.0d engine rattling at revs up between 1200-1800rpm

Hi folks,
I'm asking for help as any of my mechanics weren't able to solve the issue. I own Volvo C30 2.0d 2009 year and since 2 years I'm constantly trying to find the root cause of weird noise a rattling coming from the left side of engine (from driver perspecitve). The noise is mostly auditable at revs up between 1200-1800 rpm from the cabin once engine get worm. During that time I've replaced dual fly-mass wheel with clutch, throttle, removed dpf filter, turn off egr valve (programatically) and recently replaced high pressure pump with a "cross" between pump and camshaft, nothing helped. No others symptoms, engine has power, oil level correct, fuel consumption is normal. Please take a look on my video below. Many thanks in advance. Greetings! https://youtu.be/jFiHR-qOr4o

Interesting. I have a high-pitched squeal that comes in between 1800-2000RPM.

Haven't found the source but I assume it is exhaust-related. Mine is also on the left side of the car. I wonder if it has anything to do with the CAT?
