Default Misting up

Passenger side keeps misting up even with the aircon turned off.

A flow of air causes the screen to become misty very quickly.

Only way to clear is to set temp very low, any ideas ?

check for coolant leak from the heater matrix by lifting the passenger side footwell carpet. It's common and suspect this first.

Also the drain holes on the bulkhead get blocked and cause probs.

hope its the latter

Lift the bonnet and you will see two mesh grills either side on the tray below the screen, the drainholes are either side of them and they get stuffed full of leaves and crap.

There are some drain holes under the plastic cover under the windscreen, you need to remove the plastic cover to check them. This involves removing the wipers and a few screws.

Here's the one on the nearside infront of the intake for the fan (bottom center of the picture). this one can block causing the water to go in through the fan housing and flood the passenger footwell.

There's a few more pics on this thread.
