Default Help needed please.

Hi all, I can't post in the correct section yet,

I have an S80 1.6d drive SE 2010 manual, 2 owners, 1st was all Volvo service and care the 2nd wasn't great as I am finding out.

Last owner gutted the dpf and blanked the Egr after he broke it, none of this was mapped out.

The car has been with a trusted tuner and he has mapped out the dpf and Egr and all the associated to get the car running right without any codes,
It is out of limp mode but has no boost, he has spent the day with his mechanic to try and figure it out, there are no codes popping up, issues with hoses, she doesn't have ad blue but the Ecu was mentioning a low warning code which the tuner mapped out.

Would anyone have any advice about the no boost please?

So far, I have replaced the air hoses from airbox to the rocker and turbo, put a better o ring on the rocker end to make a much better tighter fit,
I have a load of new silicone hose to replace all the vac hoses and I have a new pcv diaphragm, spring and cap coming,
I've checked the actuator is working seeing if the bar moves fully and the diaphragm is holding vacuum when I move the rod down and hold finger over the hole it stays in place until I move finger.
Wasn't getting much vacuum from the hose though and the rod didn't move when taking hose on and off.
After I have changed the vac lines I'll look at changing the turbo solenoid.

Still in need of urgent help please,

Changed the crank sensor for a new Bosch one, changed the PCV cap, diaphragm and spring, checked all hoses,

Still rough idle, when revving it is lumpy till 2000rpm, knocks when pulling away unless I build the revs and pull away.

No boost under revs, does feel like something is happening at higher revs when driving, loses power up hills when on motorway, sometimes after a long run it runs really lumpy and has loads of grey smoke out the back which eventually clears after a bit.

Still no codes using any diagnostics, tried cheap, mid range and seriously expensive ones and one from a Volvo specialist.

He was too busy to take a more in depth look at it and can't help for at least 6 months as he is snowed under.

Getting desperate now and any help and ideas would be really appreciated.

Thank you for the reply,
Egr has been mapped out as has the dpf as the last owner broke the egr and gutted dpf without mapping out, I replaced the wgrwith a decent new one before having the map work done,

I'll have a look at the map sensor and air sensor, may as well replace them too be honest,
I'll find out where the temp sensor is and replace that too.

check the intercooler for splits / leaks. smoke test is the easy way to do this. check boost pressure with vida or similar diagnostic.

Thank you for your reply, I'll get a mechanic to do that,
I don't have vida (I will look into getting it) or a smoke tester, I only have a Bluetooth veepeak obd reader with car garage pro app.
I have noticed the actuator arm isn't moving when started or revved, it will move freely by hand and hold when finger held against the tube, going to find the solenoid and replace it as I don't feel any vacuum,
I plan to pull the intercooler and clean it out, just need to see how it comes out,
I'm used to working in an L200 and finding some bits difficult to find on the S80.

vida is well worth getting as it is also a parts catalogue and a repair instruction manual as well as a full diagnostic tool which is bi directional and can show live data . its not the easiest to navigate through though iv had it for quite a while and I'm still finding things it can do.
