Question Torque rod kit for 740/940 - Any feedback?

Has anyone got any feedback on this:

https://www.classicswede.org/shop/to...od-kit-740-940

My torque arms are tired and need new bushes fairly soon. I'm building up a base for some good power later this year so this looks ideal.

Has anyone used one yet? Any feedback? Fitment/install ok?

Thanks.

Can't comment on this but it does look very well made! The only thing I can say is that it's bolted directly to the car it seems, so I presume you would feel the NVH more as the original subframe is rubber mounted.

I'm building mine up too but I'll probably go down the route of reinforcing the subframe, and use these instead https://www.bneshop.com/collections/...le-torque-rods

Not a huge number have been sold, 2 kits fitted in my workshop, 1 in south wales, 1 in scotland, 2 kits to Norway and 3 kits to the USA.

These were made with drift and drag racing in mind. I will do a bushed version for road cars soon and will be tested on my own daily driver to make sure NVH is what you expect on a normal road car

There's a guy selling one of these on facebook, might be of interest. I wonder why he wants to revert to stock subframe? Too noisy for the street?

Looking for -
Rear axle with 1031 diff and shafts (ideally with a spare set of shafts)
Rear sub cage and torque rods (if it has solid bushings and it’s reinforced, even better)
I have a solid rear sub I’m also looking to sell. Or swap for all of the above, from classic Swede, would be excellent for a dedicated drift car. Please see pics.
Thanks in advance.
Closer to south wales the better, may even be able to collect this evening.

I'll keep an eye out for it, thanks.

I would guess NVH is too high for a daily driver, yes. Some 'interesting' choices with bolt lenghs in that photo!
