Default ECU Tune and Vault code

I had my DPF removed on a D3 5pot, about 3 years ago, due to it going bad.
So software DPF removal was done, and with that I had a tune done, as per my own specs. Did not want to go over the max nm allowed for the gearbox.

Now my question is, seeing that when a tune is done you get the errors:
CEM-U030100 - Software incompatinility with ECM/PCM
ECM-U032700 - Software incompatibility with vehicle security control module.

Will these fault codes influence the tune? As they do go from yellow warning to red in vida.

I get the same message on my tune. Pretty sure it's normal as the engine is operating out of normal mapping.

Awsome, was just wondering if maybe the ecu will pull back performance due to this code.
