  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Did they say why you should avoid the Avons? I have them all round and they seem fine. Better than the P6000's the car came with and not much different to the F1's that they replaced.....

If my memory serves...... poor wet weather performance and short life. Never tried them myself but my uncle had them on a Rover 75 and hated them! (yes..........Rover 75!)

Hi,

If I remember, someone told me to avoid Avon - weak side walls.
They were not able to handle the weight of the Volvos and would distort over time..

Nice tread pattern though..

Post up a pic of your alloys, and I'll post up a pic of my 16" on ym S60. If you like mine and I like yours, and the guys here say they'll fit each other's vehicles, then I'll swap you mine!
